Thor is Agent H in first Men in Black: International trailer

Where you keen on a Men in Black spin-off? Well Sony Pictures decided to make one anyway.

With little known about the project a trailer surfaced online last night for Men in Black: International. Yes, the MIB universe is growing, and for this new instalment the faceless, nameless alien fighting agency is heading to London, as they all of a sudden have a British branch.

There’s no Will Smith in this one, as he’s off being heavily memed for his part in YouTube Rewind, as well as the live-action Aladdin. Aiming to replace his star power is Chris Hemsworth as Agent H, who seems like one of those hoot first ask questions later kind of guys.

Joining him is fellow Thor: Ragnarok star Tessa Thompson as the new rookie joining MIB, as well as Liam Neeson and Emma Thompson (no relation to Tessa).

The trailer is a little meh, so it’s hard to tell if this will be the injection of adrenalin that the stale MIB franchise is in need of, or whether it’s just another reboot that nobody asked for.

There’s no specific release date at this stage, with the trailer pasted below simply ending with the word “SUMMER”. We’re assuming it’s Summer of 2019 Stateside, which would place it in the May to July region.

Hit play on the trailer below and see whether you’re keen to give Men in Black another try.
