The long Easter weekend finally kicks off from tomorrow but many retailers are already offering sales and promotions to capitalise on the festivities, with local online storefront Raru doing the same.
On top of having a general sale on many items, they’re operating an egg hunt of sorts. Within the items on sale there are six which are designated Easter Eggs. People who find and most importantly buy any of them will get the value of the products back as credit on store, which can then be used now or at a later stage for more purchases.
As to which items are the Easter Eggs, we honestly have no idea. The marketing we’ve read over doesn’t give any hints and we don’t see any products on sale that are overtly related to the holiday.
It seems like the main categories being discounted are games, gaming peripherals, musical instruments, and physical media like Blu-ray. A decent chunk of board games are on sale too.
The Raru Happy Easter Sale is on until 21:00 local time on 22nd April. All the items and their discounted prices are there until stock runs out or a certain amount are sold reaching a “stock limit”.
When the number of items in either case is near depletion a yellow circle with the remaining amount will appear on the product page, as shown here for Horizon: Zero Dawn – Complete Edition.
