SA’s SayHi and Germany’s DialFire collab to bring affordable AVM to SA

Local firms looking to improve their telephonic marketing campaigns will be pleased to hear about a new collaboration in the sector.

German based call centre software developer, DialFire together with local automated voice marketing (AVM) firm SayHi have announced a collaboration this week.

Together the two firms will be able to offer local marketers cost-effective ways to automate campaigns that usually rely on massive call centres.

“The beauty of AVM is that it reduces the need for human contact centre agents at the lead generation stage. Once leads have been cost-effectively qualified by our automated platform, the human element is introduced. This is where our exclusive agreement with DialFire will prove valuable and enable us to offer the entire spectrum of voice marketing tools to the local marketing community,” SayHi’s managing director, Stefano Sessa says.

SayHi’s strengths include relationships with all local telecoms operators, proven business intelligence tools and proprietary platforms with the ability to instantly transmit or validate any personal information sent by current or potential clients.

Speaking about the collaboration, DialFire’s Sylvia Hartinger, expressed excitement at the prospect of breaking into the local market and the potential it has.

“We’re very pleased to be able to enter a significant market with a respected industry player that will help us tap into the many opportunities that exist in Africa’s most advanced economy,” Hartinger said.

SayHi’s AVM optimises outbound marketing calls by offering hotkey customer interactions, the ability to transfer to a human call centre agent in realtime, 1 to 9 ratings by customers, and much more. The retail, insurance, banking and financial services sectors are especially big users of AVM, and SayHi is increasingly targeting other industries that would benefit from automated voice marketing.
