This week we’re back with the africast at the usual time but in this one we introduce our latest team member to the podcast, Nokulunga Xala.

Before we meet Nokulunga, Brendyn talks us through the details of the executive order from Donald Trump that has kneecapped Huawei by way of Google suspending the firm’s Android license.

Then, Nokulunga talks us through some applications and wearables that parents can use to keep an eye on their kids when they can’t. Nokulunga talks us through free solutions and her favourite wearables.

Finally, Robin has been playing with the HP Spectre x360 convertible notebook and while he’s not a fan of 2-in-1 or convertible notebooks, the x360 appears to have impressed.

As always, links to the stories discussed in this africast can be found below.
