Here’s what’s landing on Netflix South Africa in June

The month of May is waving goodbye as the weather gets ever colder here on Africa’s Southern tip, which means the reasons for staying indoors are growing.

Helping that cause is Netflix South Africa which has just shared what we can expect to stream on the platform in June.

First things first, NINE-NINE! Brooklyn Nine-Nine season five hits Netflix on 1st June so we guess your weekend plans are set. For those who don’t enjoy the sitcom (give it a chance) Teen Wolf season six lands on the same day.

If neither of those is your speed then perhaps season six of Arrow, season three of Super Girl, season four of The Flash or Riverdale season two will be to your liking. All of the aforementioned titles will be available on 1st June too.

Then on 5th June the highly anticipated fifth season of Black Mirror lands on Netflix South Africa. The show promises to make us fear the not too distant future in three episodes, so, that’s fun.

To change tack for a moment, on 14th June we’re taking a look at a movie.

Adam Sandler rocks a mustache in Murder Mystery alongside Jennifer Aniston.

“When a NYC cop finally takes his wife on a long promised European trip, a chance meeting on the flight gets them invited to an intimate family gathering on the super yacht of elderly billionaire Malcolm Quince. When Quince is murdered, they become the prime suspects in a modern day whodunit,” reads a blurb about the film.

Other noteworthy additions to the local Netflix catalogue in June include Glee (seasons one to six) on 30th June, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 landing on 30th June and The Fate of the Furious on 14th June.
