Samsung Galaxy Note 10 expected to be revealed in August

We’re a few months away from the launch of a new flagship Samsung smartphone and that means leaks are everywhere.

The next handset in-line to be released is the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and we’re ignoring the Galaxy Fold for now because, well, we have no idea when (or indeed if) it will see the light of day.

Anyway, back to the Note 10.

According to Cnet, folks familiar with Samsung’s plans allege a 7th August launch event will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, where the Galaxy Note 10 will more than likely be shown off.

Not that seeing the device is a problem thanks to leaks.

Pricebaba and Steve “OnLeaks” Hemmerstoffer have published leaked Galaxy Note 10 Pro renders. From these we can see a USB Type C port and, bizarrely, there doesn’t appear to be a Bixby button.

Other rumours circulating around the handset include it boasting either a 6.75 inch or 6.3 inch display depending on the exact model you want to pick up.

There are also unconfirmed rumours that Samsung will release a 5G iteration of the handset and that none of the Galaxy Note 10 iterations will include a headphone jack.

We’ll have to wait until August to find out more about the Galaxy Note 10 and we’re really hoping that Samsung gives us more information about the Galaxy Fold during that announcement.

The Fold was famously pulled ahead of its official release and we are yet to hear from Samsung regarding a new release date for its folding phone.
