TalkSure celebrates graduation of its staff

Last week, just before Women’s Day, local firm TalkSure celebrated the graduation of its staff.

The Durban based firm honoured as much as 15 percent of its staff by way of a graduation ceremony.

The employees completed courses in short-term insurance, sales and customer service in the management and banking spheres.

“Our people have worked incredibly hard over the past year to acquire their NQF level 4 and 5 certificates and we are really proud of the tenacity, determination and perseverance shown. Each of them is another step further in their life-long learning journey and has continued to participate in the big dreams of our Talksure family,” said head of learning and development at TalkSure, Magdalene Chetty.

The head of learning and development went on to say that the graduation of its staff underpins its values of continuous improvement.

TalkSure also acknowledged the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA) for its help with training, something that would not be possible at scale for TalkSure on its own.

“At Talksure, we will continue to offer critical skills for our business and industry, creating and innovating in learning and development in order to ensure access to whatever format necessary to enable each and every one of our people to be successful,” concluded Chetty.
