Meet Bravado Gaming at rAge 2019 and you could win a R15k Dell notebook

Vodacom rAge 2019 is nearly upon us, kicking off tomorrow at the Ticketpro Dome and running until 29th September. As is the case every year, exhibitors will be doing anything they can in order to get attendees to visit their stands, and more importantly buy some product.

This year Dell is tapping up one of the local esports teams that it sponsors, Bravado Gaming, in order to draw in the crowds. The company, which also owns gaming brand Alienware, is adding a prize to the mix in order to sweeten the deal.

“Meet and hang with Bravado Gaming at the rAge Expo 2019 with Dell Gaming and Alienware at the Incredible Connection stand for a chance to win a Dell G3 Gaming Laptop or a VIP Experience with Bravado at the Bravado Bunker,” reads a press release sent to us.

Several of Bravado’s top players will be at rAge 2019 this weekend, and Saturday the 28th in particular, to meet with fans, sign autographs and take photos. This will take place between 14:00 and 15:00, with Dell gaming and Alienware devices being giving away as prizes.

To that end 500 lucky packets containing branded Dell Gaming and Alienware swag will be given away. The company adds that 10 people will win tokens that give them a VIP experience with Bravado Gaming, where they can spend the day with the team, as well as a chance to win the aforementioned Dell G3 gaming notebook, which is valued at R15 000.

Being a gaming-focused event, Dell adds that a number of Alienware notebooks will be on display at rAge 2019 too, with the Area 51 being the significant standout. The Alienware m15 and Dell G5 will be on show too, although there is no mention of whether any of these notebooks will be available to purchase at discounted prices.

If the chance to see one of SA’s best-known esports teams does not appeal to you, there is always the chance to win something, as well as browse the latest products.
