HP debuts 4K-touting Envy 32 AIO PC

Like many other manufacturers HP is out in Las Vegas for CES 2020 in order to debut some of its new hardware for the year. As expected some refreshes for the firm’s Spectre and Envy lineups have been spotted, but one of the more interesting devices we were drawn to is the Envy 32 All-In-One.

This is the latest offering in HP’s range of desktop products, and with many of the other Envy-branded devices on the market, the Envy 32 is focused on creatives who have a bit of cash to splash.

We’ll get to pricing and availability shortly, but first what HP has opted for in this new AIO. Up front is a 31.5″ 4K IPS display that delivers a 3840×2160 resolution, along with the company claiming that it is the largest available in any AIO from any manufacturer to date.

Other aspects of the visuals include up to 600 nits of brightness, as well as 98 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage.

In terms of what it is packing inside, the Envy 32 can be configured with up to 9th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 GPUs. HP is also offering up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM and 1TB SSD.

As you can see from the header image above, the Envy 32 also features a Bang & Olufsen-designed speaker setup below the display. HP says it can provide surround sound quality audio, along with being able to stream music to the speakers via another device even when the AIO is powered off.

For now we don’t know when the HP Envy 32 AIO is destined to land in South Africa, but we’ve already found two differently specced options on the company’s US site, starting at $1899.99 (~R27 109).
