Liquid Telecom partners with Qorus to launch platform for cloud channel partners in Africa

Liquid Telecom has announced a partnership that should be of interest for channel partners on the African continent. This as the telecoms firm has partnered with Qorus to bring the latter’s sales and marketing enablement platform for cloud channel partners in the region.

The Qorus Content Hub as it is called will allow users to access to connect with relevant contacts, as well as data far more easily than previously possible the company adds. Added to this the Content Hub also includes all the relevant Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) information businesses may need.

“It is used to build high-quality marketing assets and market-ready sales proposals by accessing information directly from Office applications,” explains Liquid Telecom in a press release about the newly announced partnership.

The new addition of Qorus is said to enable Liquid Telecom’s partners to locate, create, collaborate, and track sales content using the Microsoft Office 365 platform, the firm notes.

“Qorus Content Hub is a highly intuitive, incredibly powerful system that integrates across Microsoft Office 365  applications and major Customer Relationship Management platforms (CRMs). This technology is a must-have for our channel partners to remain competitive and also kick-start 2020 with ambitious growth plans,” adds Winston Ritson, group head of cloud services for Liquid.

Qorus was added to the mix following a trial by Liquid last year, with the firm’s managers won over by the features available.

“Our channel managers were particularly impressed at the speed and ease at which they could access a centralised repository of recent sales and marketing activity,” says Ritson.

“Based on our positive experience of Qorus, we want to ensure our partners also enjoy the many benefits with some of the most flexible, reliable and secure communication solutions now available to them in Africa,” he concludes.

The new solution os currently available, and Liquid Telecom urges interested channel-focused organisations to check it out.
