Kyocera’s copiers and printers recognised for industry-leading quality

When selecting hardware for your business, there is something to be said for choosing a brand that is known for its reliability, quality and performance.

After all, these are investments being made towards your business’s day-to-day functions, which cannot afford to be impaired by equipment that is prone to breaking or in constant need of repair.

It is why Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa has been become a trusted name over the years, and more recently garnered several awards for the reliability and quality of its copiers and printers.

Locally recognised

“As a global brand, Kyocera continues to make technological advances while adhering closely to its philosophy. We believe the future of the company and the planet depends on it,” explains Werner Engelbrecht, general manager at Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa.

“Our consistent performance as a leader in South Africa puts paid to the notion that we can thrive while still making durable, long-lasting products that consider the environment and the future,” he continues.

As such, Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa is one of the leading suppliers in the country when it comes to printing and document management solutions. Proof of this is the firm’s market leading performance in the automation space for copiers and multifunction printers (MFPs) in 2019.

Across the board of different printing requirements, Kyocera has found success with an overall market share of 14.8 percent. This was propelled by the A4 market in particular, which the firm also ranked number one in with 20.9 percent market share. A3 is sitting lower at a 8.3 percent market share, but Kyocera is aiming for a larger market share in 2020.

No doubt helping in this regard will be the firm’s award-winning TASKalfa lineup of MFPs, which too have been recognised for their reliability and quality.

Tried and tested

To that end, the TASKalfa range of printers – namely the 2553ci, 3253ci, 4053ci, 6003i, 6053ci models – were all tested by Keypoint Intelligence-Buyers Lab (BLI) and judged on the consistency they delivered, as well as the innovative features they touted, earning a “Highly Recommended” status from BLI.

During the exhaustive testing process, all five multi-functional printers scored 10 out of 10 in terms of reliability and nine out of 10 in terms of security. The range also stood out in several other categories, including scanning and copying speeds, maximum paper capacity, high-quality output, ease of use and web user interfaces.

“We are delighted to have received this recognition from Keypoint Intelligence – Buyers Lab. Our TASKalfa range has been designed with reliability and data security at its core, so that our customers can enjoy maximum uptime and consistent quality,” enthuses Greg Griffith, hardware product manager at Kyocera Document Solutions South Africa.

“This acknowledgement is a reward for our commitment to continuous innovation in order to provide our customers with the best possible products and services,” he concludes.

If you are going to choose a document management brand for your office, it should be one that has a proven track record, is industry tested, and award-winning.
