A few days ago we wrote about a pair of new exciting developments with the upcoming game Iron Man VR. A demo was added for the title for those on the fence, and a bundle with all the hardware to play was also announced. Let’s look at the former here.
The larger bundle announced came with the Iron Man VR, a PlayStation VR headset, two Move controllers, a PlayStation camera and a PSVR Demo Disc.
Now there’s a smaller bundle on offer with just three things in the box: the game and the two Move controllers.
The PlayStation Europe Blog has this bundle priced at €99.99 / £84.99 (~R1 911 and ~R1 830 respectively).
Unfortunately this new bundle shares the same problems as the old one. That is: the controllers are the standard ones you can buy separately (this would have been another great opportunity to make them red and gold) and only a select few countries have been stated as receiving the item.
Switzerland, Austria, Eastern Europe, UK, Croatia, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Benelux, Danemark, Sweden, Finland, and Norway are those countries.
That being said this may just be that the announcement was made by the European arm of PlayStation. This and the other bundle may be made available elsewhere, so it may be worth looking around closer to the release of Iron Man VR on 3rd July.
