Local players of The Elder Scrolls Online have the chance to win some merchandise from the game in the “Explore Tamriel” contest which has just kicked off today.
The contest is rather simple: take a screenshot in the game and share it online with the hashtag #ExploreTamrielSA on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. That’s it, you’re in the running.
Once you’ve done this you will be entered to win a hamper worth R2 000 full of ESO merch.
The Explore Tamriel contest runs from today, 8th June, until 30th June 2020.
Those who don’t count themselves as particularly artistic when it comes to screenshots will be happy to know that this won’t have an affect on your entry. From looking over the terms and conditions (something you should do too if you want to enter) it’s stated that the winner is chosen at random, so all screenshots are equal here.
Also part of those Ts and Cs is the fact that this is a South African contest, so you’re only going up against other locals. That does mean that you will need to be a citizen or permanent resident of the country to be eligible for the prize.
While not specially stated it looks like this contest is made in conjunction with the Dark Heart of Skyrim adventure, a bit of which you can see below in the launch cinematic.
