The exclusive titles currently slated for the PS5

Last night Sony hosted its initially postponed PS5 Future of Gaming live streamed event.

While we were personally hoping for more information about the company’s next-gen console, and specifically what kind of performance it can deliver, we were not let down in the new game trailer department.

To that end, 24 in total were showcased last night, pointing to a more than decent amount of content to tuck into when the PS5 is finally made available to purchase at the end of the year.

We were also quite intrigued to see what PS5-exclusive titles are in the works, and on that front, Sony did not disappoint, with nine games being revealed last night.

There are of course other IPs in development too, with Bethesda working on DEATHLOOP and Square Enix on Project Athia (working title), but these nine are the first handful of games we’ll be able to experience on the next-gen console.

To save you a bit of effort and searching on YouTube, we’ve placed all nine trailers below, along with confirmed release dates (if they are available) for the titles.

As you can tell by the header above, we’re quite keen on the new Miles Morales-led Spider-Man game, which will be one of the launch titles for the PS5 later in the year.

The same goes for Godfall (console exclusive), which was the first title officially confirmed for the PS5. Other notable titles include Horizon Forbidden West and Gran Turismo 7, but launch dates for those two are still in the offing.

If you have the bandwidth, data and a compatible screen, we suggest watching the trailers in 4K, if possible.
