The most noteworthy videogames launching in July 2020

June was a solid month when it came to videogames, but if we’re completely honest much of the news was dominated by The Last of Us Part II, with the PS4-exclusive garnering much of the attention, for both good and bad reasons.

In July, there is quite a bit more headed to both PC and consoles, but if we’re completely honest, it’s another PS4-exclusive that has our attention – Ghost of Tsushima. This game set in feudal-era Japan will see players take on the role of a rogue samurai warrior out for revenge, with gameplay that looks as good as the environments that developer Sucker Punch Productions has created.

Launching around the middle of the month, 17th July to be more precise, we’d advise save up some cash to purchase this title, if you have not done so already.

If you’re not into samurai, or own a PS4, there are also some other noteworthy titles and DLC coming out in July, such as F1 2020, Rocket Arena and Paper Mario.

To save you a bit of time and effort, we’ve compiled a list of the biggest videogames being released next month, along with which platform they’ll be releasing on.
