Two weeks ago the Fall Guys developer kicked off a simple contest: put forth a dollar amount to donate to charity, and the highest amount will win a skin in the game and the ability to help a good cause at the same time.
That good cause is Special Effect, a UK-based charity for helping those with disabilities to game. The winning bid is $1 million (~R16.9 million) and is a joint venture by two individuals and two companies.
The two people are Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, while the companies are G2 Esports and Aim Lab.
Unbelievable! THANK YOU to the winners @aimlab, @G2esports, @MrBeastYT, @Ninja & everyone who bid, and to @FallGuysGame for making it all possible. Your generosity will enable us to continue making gaming dreams come true for people with physical disabilities around the world!???? https://t.co/cBKDIBwN4p pic.twitter.com/HD16H07BML

Blevins made his name as streamer on Twitch, mostly playing Fortnite. Donaldson on the other hand became popular on YouTube, usually involving giving away a lot of money, and the Team Trees initiative.
G2 Esports is, well, an esports team, and Aim Lab is a training software that can be used to improve your skills in FPS games.
While the contest was originally to put just one skin into the game to represent the winner, as the largest bid comes from four places it has been announced that instead a skin will be added for each of the winners.
“Raising $1 million for [Special Effect] will have such an INCREDIBLE impact! We’ll now sort out the donations while our artists start to collab with the winners on their skins! YES! We will include 4 costumes as a special thank you to the amazing people that made this possible ❤” reads an announcement from the official Fall Guys account.
Several mockups of a combined skin and four separate skins have been put out there by artists already. One tweeted out by Aim Labs itself can be seen in the header image above.
As for what the final skins will look like, and when / how players can get it, are not concrete right now.
