Here’s where to report problems with Sonic Colors: Ultimate

Over the weekend those who bought the Digital Deluxe version of Sonic Colors: Ultimate got to play the game early, but things haven’t been so smooth.

Reports since then, came out showing that the game is plagued with bugs, but this later turned out to be faked. But then the story took another twist as many of the problems then also appeared in the game itself.

The truth right now is that some legitimate concerns about the game exist and may lead to problems for those playing it.

This isn’t just us projecting here as developer Blind Squirrel Games has released a blanket statement about it on Twitter directing players who have legitimate issues.

“We appreciate all the feedback we’ve received about Sonic Colors: Ultimate so far. We’re listening and preparing a patch for release as soon as possible,” the developer wrote.

The tweet links to the worldwide Sega support page which, for each region, lists the company in charge of customer support and the phone number, email address and website for each of those companies.

27 countries are listed with some obvious exclusions, such as South Africa. We’re sure one of the English support companies could help customers from our region and other countries which don’t have their own dedicated support.

The Sega worldwide support directory can be found here.

Sonic Colors: Ultimate launches tomorrow on 7th September for PC (Epic Games Store), Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

When the general public gets access to the game it will be interesting if the glitches and sundry problems are as bad as were originally reported, or the faked content was just an attempt to smear the game for some reason.
